There were multiple individuals on the estate, attorneys involved, and LOTS of challenges selling these homes. Without the use of a realtor (specifically Brad Anderson with County Wide Properties) we would have been lost. Brad was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the year long process. We highly recommend.
