When I returned to the USA in 2016, Boyd came highly recommended as the go-to realtor to use. He soon proved himself to me by being extremely attentive and knowledgable about construction, home renovation and homes in general. He was, by far, the most honest realtor I met and even walked into one home with me and immediately said "I won't sell this home to you" -- when we walked out he explained it had several issues he spotted immediately that would be cost prohibitive to correct. That earned my trust and I knew I had the right guy. Fast forward to 2024 when I transferred out of the country again, so I immediately contacted Boyd for the sale of my home. He came over, did a walk-through with me and pointed out some recommendations to correct as well as some items that must be corrected. When I was having trouble finding a company to fix some of the items he introduced me to one of his companies he likes to use and they got to work within two days. While the sale of my home had a false start with a contract that failed to complete -- that was the buyer's fault not Boyd's, he got immediately back to the grind and had an open house with very little delay. This time the home sold, it sold exactly for what Boyd said it would sell for and he worked his magic while I was 100% out of the country. Absolutely THE REALTOR TO USE!!
