ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have been more grateful to have had Boris Fabrikant and his team represent us during our recent condo purchase. Working with Boris and his team provided us an absolute seamless, efficient and truly enjoyable experience. We are beyond appreciative to have had Boris on our side, who assisted us in every way navigate what can be a very challenging and intimidating process in NYC. In the intense and saturated market of real estate, Boris is an absolute gem. His incredibly kind, warm and calming demeanor put us as ease, while at the same time giving us the tools we needed to be successful. To say working closely with Boris and his team was a pleasure would be an understatement, they were detail-oriented, thorough and supportive. Boris was beyond accommodating, always making himself available to have short or longer discussions any time of day (or night!), offering his professional opinion (which is top notch!) and providing us much needed guidance. We knew he had our best interests in mind at all times, and we always felt in lock step and that Boris knew and understood what we were working to accomplish. Boris and his team are a one stop shop, they not only go above and beyond in their services, but they also provided us with incredible resources and contact necessary for us. We cannot recommend this team enough, we were genuinely blown away by what an amazing experience this was, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone we know.

ZillowVERIFIED Boris was diligent and attentive when finding my home. He asked me to describe exactly what I wanted, asked me pointed questions, and stayed within my price range - ultimately finding the perfect apartment, literally exactly what I was looking for. He then proceeded to recommend bankers and lawyers, building an incredibly efficient team that made buying a Manhattan apartment easy as pie. With regards to the seller's agent, Boris was able to beat out two cash buyers and ensure that I got the property at a reasonable cost - something I have never heard of. If you're looking for a broker who will listen and do the apartment hunting for you, I highly recommend Boris.

ZillowVERIFIED Boris and his team were fantastic. They were very responsive and gave me prompt updates as to the status of the listing. Despite the fact that I was on the other side of the country, they made the process as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Boris and the Sharapan team to help buy my first apartment was without a doubt the smartest decision I made in 2016. I started the process of looking for an apartment by myself and after going to a few open houses I realized that a bunch of brokers wanted to move in with me and become my new best friend, so I wanted to find someone I trusted and could provide me an honest assessment of the market and what areas I should consider targeting my search I reconnected with Boris through my University of Richmond alumni network and LinkedIn, which was very helpful in getting up to speed on Boris' credentials. His experience in law school and real estate clearly taught him patience, as he was able to answer many questions immediately and there was never a moment I did not have full confidence in his abilities to negotiate or find appealing properties. My search lasted for about six months and targeted many neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The reason I was able to close on an apartment was because of Boris' persistence in keeping a relationship with another broker, which ultimately paid dividends as I was able to successfully bid on an apartment as well as pass co-op board approval thanks to Boris' advice and strategy. The seller could have easily moved on or negotiated with other brokers had it not been for Boris' diligence and negotiation tactics. I strongly advise anyone considering a real estate transaction to contact Boris for an honest and efficient experience. Buying a home should not be a pain and Boris proved that the real estate process can be very pleasant once you put trust in your broker to do their job. Their goal is to make the process easier in all aspects and Boris accomplished that.

ZillowVERIFIED Boris and his colleague Michelle did a fantastic job helping me scout out and negotiate my dream apartment in NYC for an affordable price. I cannot recommend his services enough! His work ethic, dedication to his clients, and passion for real estate, make him the best broker I've worked with in New York. I would highly recommend him and Michelle to any prospective client.

ZillowVERIFIED Very bright, extremely knowledgeable and personable agent who makes the buying process very easy and enjoyable. Unlike other agents, Boris does not just try to seal the deal, but he actually tries to get his clients the best deal. He does not pressure and has a deep understanding of what his clients want/need and what their financial condition requires. Not only does he know the law (he is a lawyer), the market, and real estate, but he knows the area, including every coffee shop, best place to go for a drink, best place to work, or do dry cleaning. Could not be happier with him and recommend him wholeheartedly! Thank you for all you have done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Boris helped me sell my apartment in Gramercy. He set the new record for highest sale price in the building even with a tenant that was being impossible to deal with. He's professional, has a great attitude, is incredibly smart, and I couldn't have found a better broker. My entire family has used him for multiple transactions solely in the past year and he's outperformed each time.

ZillowVERIFIED Boris Sharapan is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He showed me several apartments in the same building. I was very interested in one of the apartments and submitted an offer. Although Boris negotiated on my behalf quite well, the seller was unrealistic in their pricing and the deal fell through. That being said, I am continuing to use Boris for all of my real estate needs. He has a great team and a bounty of listings. Being an attorney myself I couldn't ask for a more professional, hard working broker than Boris Sharapan.

ZillowVERIFIED Boris is the type of real estate broker who will rearrange his schedule to accommodate a client's needs. He has proven himself time and time again to negotiate the best offers for both buyers and sellers. Boris repeatedly breaks his personal best record for selling in my building and getting unit owners the highest dollar amount per square foot. He is passionate about his work and great at not only building but maintaining client relationships. He puts his clients first, even if that means showing apartments in the middle of a blizzard! I have recommended Boris to multiple friends all of whom were very satisfied with the service he provided. If you are ready to buy or sell an apartment, Boris is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Boris for close to 10 years now. As an attorney myself there are not many in my profession that I would seek advice from personally. However on several occasions I was able to use Boris' knowledge and expertise in real estate, especially when my wife and I had to buy our first home last year. He'll do a great job helping you find what you are looking for and an even better job negotiating in your favor. I plan on using him again and I've recommended him to several of my friends in the market as well. Give him a call and see for yourself!

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to move to the suburbs upon the birth of our first child, in order to be closer to family, we hired Boris to help us list and sell our two bedroom, two bath apartment in the Gramercy area. I can't say enough about what a great job Boris did! This is not the only property I've ever owned and I've dealt with several other real estate professionals before. None have come close! He really is the best I've had the pleasure of working with. Boris was professional, very well informed on the market, responsive, and most of all he got results! My apartment sold quickly at a price that was more than I had expected to get. If you are in the market for a real estate pro, do yourself a favor and retain Boris Sharapan. You will not be disappointed!
