If we ever had to go to an open house without him, the showing realtor invariably echoed my first sentence: Boris is the best. Its rare to find someone in this business that is so knowledgable and available, but also so nice and never pushy. He made our first-time buying experience incredibly smooth, and helped us negotiate contingencies and a holdback to make sure we were protected. ZillowVERIFIED Boris helped us find and land our dream home, at the height of a crazy market in early 2022, in the greater Boston area. He made himself available anytime including nights and weekends. He showed us several homes and helped us make offers and counter offers on very competitive listings. When we we finally had an offer accepted on our future home, he was able to help us negotiate contingencies and a closing date. Boris was very patient with us and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Boris actually made the entire process enjoyable! I had no car for the first week so he picked me up from my corporate apartment and drove me around the entire day showing each of the shortlisted properties.
