Ive used Jay Dee as my realtor for four transactions and I will continue to do so. I hope she never retires! Jay Dee didnt try to sell me anything, she wanted my wife and I to be happy with the home we picked and only showed us houses we wanted to see. Before I met Jay Dee I used other realtors in the area and it didnt go well. They appeared more interested in selling me something I didnt want rather than actually listening to me or my wife. Jay Dees communication skills are fantastic. Even if anything wasnt going on with my sales she would call either me or my wife to update us and see how we were doing. If every business did business like she did I would never have a complaint anywhere. She is a truly amazing person and I will never use anyone else for my real estate transactions. I highly recommend her. She will not disappoint you!

Charishma is an authentic person and knowledgeable real estate agent. Bev and I always felt Charishma went above and beyond her duties to us as the buyers, and she made the purchase feel more like a deal among friends than a business deal. I would highly recommend Charishma any day of the week and twice on Sunday, if needed. After our purchase Charishma brought us a nice gift to welcome us into our new home. We wanted to get bids for work in the house before it closed and Ryan never hesitated to meet us out at the house to open it up for us.Our home was a foreclosure and we were worried that it was going to take longer to close but we were wrong it only took 25 days. I would highly recommend Ryan Borden he already answered our questions and was always so quick to respond!

During one of my transactions, the buyer fumbled with his lender and JayDee stepped up and rescued the sale by holding the buyers hand and providing them different financing options. Since we live out of town, he let us know when a great home was newly listed and carefully scheduled showings for properties that met our needs without wasting our time. He gave great advice and guidance from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and very professional. The home we picked was in foreclosure so Gary coached me through the online auction process. He was available by phone any time and made a rather complicated transaction seem like it was routine. In the end we got the right house at the right price. He really went the extra mile and I highly recommend Gary. Call him. You won't be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED Ok here's the deal. If you want, professional, energetic, results oriented agents, then the Borden Group is a perfect match. Jay Dee & Ryan were very focused & determined that the 4th year of our attempts to sell our home would be the last. We had a beautiful home with fantastic views which they highlighted by photographs & magic words. Our home hit MLS On Thursday when we were out of town & they had an offer on Saturday which closed some 35 days later. YIPPIE!!!!Though we found a home in a new development we weren't ready to let go of our friendship & asked Jay Dee to assist with that purchase as well. That is due to close end of September!!
