About Bonnie Schwam
For many years I have considered Colorado my home, even though I was born and raised in the Midwest. I am what they call a "semi-native" and say I got here as fast as I could!
My love for Colorado, its beauty and uniqueness, has led me to many interesting places and to a profession in real estate.
I believe there is no better way to protect and enjoy the areas I love than being in real estate and I am proud to be a REALTORA(R) and to buy and list properties in the Central Front Range of Colorado including Monument, Palmer Lake, Larkspur and Castle Rock as well as Salida, Buena Vista and the Upper Arkansas Valley.
While it helps to know a little about me, the most important information is about you. Helping you sell or purchase a home is what matters most.
If I can be of service to you, whether you are buying or selling, my team and I would love to help.

Answered Questions
How do I move without a gap between homes?
Ask for a post occupancy of 30 days or whatever days you want. Also, there are programs where you can buy a home before you sell the other one. Homeward.com is one such vehicle. May cost you a little to do it, but could be well worth it. So a couple of ideas!
