Being new to not only the area and Pennsylvania, but home buying in general, I was randomly matched with this team through Zillow. Well, all I can say is thanks Zillow... it was a match made in heaven! Not only did Bonnie help us find our dream home and secure it during a global pandemic, she made it a completely stress-free process (we closed in 30 days during a pandemic! Buying a new home and selling a townhouse! Like wow!)! Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from a realtor as I have heard mixed reviews of the level of service you can receive, but I was blown out of the water! I am pretty sure after the first interaction, I just felt... wow, we can be good friends! Bonnie is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable. She knew when to be friendly and have fun and when to get to business and move things along. She would take calls first thing in the morning or even later the same day address emails at midnight. She accommodated all our timing needs for showings, financial discussions, closings, etc. to ensure we didnt miss any timelines. She also had a list if great referrals for mortgages, inspections, etc which I used and all were fantastic to work with. She had an experienced answer for every question I had. Reading my own review, I know it doesn't sound like this could have been written by a truly neutral new party... but I promise it was! You can't go wrong with Bonnie and team (I have heard Mike is awesome too!) If you are looking to buy or sell a new home.. you can't go wrong with this team! Good luck in your search!

ZillowVERIFIED Bonnie helped us through the process of our first home purchase. I had a very specific kind of property I was looking for, and she was extremely accommodating. I would research properties myself - I would come to her with a list of properties and usually the next day or so, she'd have us viewing them. We actually went through the process on two homes with her, the first one (short-sale) fell through but the second (REO) was successful. They we're non-conventional sales, she was very knowledgeable about them and was instrumental in guiding us through the process. The short sale negotiations were kind of rocky, but that was out of our control. Very responsive whenever we had questions (and we had a lot of them :) We feel very lucky to have had her during our first home purchase.
