We recently downsized from a 10-acre country property to a condo community, which was quite life changing. Bonnie was able to market our home, while at the same time work with us and our builder during the construction phase of our new condo. No easy feat to get the timing to work out on both sides, but we fortunately went directly from our old home and into the sparkly new one with Bonnies hard work. Of course, there were moments of stress because moving isnt easy, but Bonnies years of experience, her honesty and integrity, along with a kind and calm nature, got us through the process. There was never a call, text or e-mail that didnt get responded to almost immediately. Bonnies knowledge, professionalism and work ethic made it a pleasure to work with her in successfully downsizing. Were now enjoying a carefree and simpler life in our beautiful new condo. We called Bonnie when we were interested in a condo she listed. We were coming from metro Atlanta and didn't have a real clue as to where we wanted to be in the Athens area. She worked with us, advised us, showed us a number of condos and handled bidding on a condo we didn't get. Then she showed us a condo community we really liked but would be a six month wait due to demand and construction schedule. She worked with us and the builder's agent through the contract process and provided us with updates throughout the construction. All through this she was easy to work with and extremely professional. I would recommend Bonnie, without reservation, to friends and family and we are grateful for the excellent service she provided us during this very important move for us.
