Bonnie Dunn

After a 20 year career in finance and marketing, Bonnie was able to pursue her passion for real estate. She joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty with experience in customer service, sales and marketing, financial analysis, and management which serves as an asset when assisting customers and clients in making their dreams come true. She believes buying or selling a home should be a pleasant and hassle-free experience. She works efficiently to ensure this philosophy holds true.

Bonnie holds a BBA in Marketing from University of Georgia, Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified. She is a CNRS specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Athens Area Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service of the AAAR. Bonnie and Lisa have multiple local and national real estate awards.
