Bonnie was fun to work with. Very upbeat and friendly. Answered questions quickly and when she didn't know the answer she found it for us. Made time for us on our schedule and worked well with the other realtor for the seller. Very pleasant and personable--someone you felt was a friend.

We found Bonnie to be professional, friendly and competent. She was very efficient and handled everything in a timely manner. I did not review her negotiating skills because she prepared a market analysis for us. We have not listed the property as of yet. When we do Bonnie will be our agent of choice.

Our real estate walk was long distance for awhile and Bonnie went above and beyond, to ensure that our requests were taken care of an also did a great job in negotiating our price. I certainly would recommend her and will utilize her knowledge and expertise, on our next purchase.

My wife and I were looking for a retirement home in New Hampshire. We spoke to a few realtors until we spoke with Connie. took on the responsibility to find our retirement home. We didn't have very high expectations in finding something in our price range. Then it happened. We received call From Connie. She found us a home in Wakefield ( a bed and breakfast area that was very quiet and surrounded by huge fishing lakes. She brokered the deal and we were able to buy the house at an incredible discount. Long story short it was the exact house and area we thought we would never be able to have. Thanks Bonnie Cotton.
