I wanted to write a note of thanks to our fabulous realtor, Bonnie. She has got it all. Very experienced, excellent communication skills, and awesome marketing skills. Bonnie sold our home in Folsom in 48 hours with a full price offer plus 60K. Obviously, we are very happy with the whole process which was made simple and nearly stress free for us as we were moving out of state. I would highly recommend Bonnie for all of you realtor needs. She is honest and straightforward and can answer any questions you might have. She also prepared a beautiful gift of a charcuterie tray, beautiful wooden cheese boards, and a lovely bottle of wine.
