ZillowVERIFIEDI had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this property management team, specifically Bobby. The landlord was not only unprofessional but outright abusive. He used racial slurs, profanity, and even called me degrading names during our interaction. At one point, he snatched papers from my hands and continued to yell at me in a hostile and threatening manner. He called me retarded, an educator for 20+ years and reminded me of why he doesnt want aEURoecertainaEUR? tenants. His behavior was so disgusting, I had to threaten to call the police on him. Thank goodness a witness showed up to see his aggressive behavior. He went so far as to say that I cant afford to purchase a home and that Ill never be a business owner. No tenantaEUR"regardless of backgroundaEUR"should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment. It was clear that respect, and basic professionalism are completely lacking. This individual behaves more like a slum landlord than a responsible respectable property manager. Rent was always on time, though the response time to repair or fix anything was always subpar. Bathroom ceiling left molded over and holes in the ceiling in downstairs bathroom left room for insects and other pests issues. Never returned to repair. I would never recommend this company or property to anyone. If youre looking for a safe and respectful place to live, look elsewhere. Tenants deserve better. Prospective buyers beware.
