ZillowVERIFIED Bobby was a terrific realtor and we would recommend him to anyone! We were first time home buyers, so he guided us through the entire process, explained everything and made it really easy for us! He helped us understand how to make a thoughtful offer on buying a home which really gave us an edge in a competitive market. Not only was the whole process a breeze, Bobby was accommodating and worked with our schedules, emailed/texted/calls whenever we needed help, reached out to people for us for coordination, and at every viewing we went to with him it seemed like he knew everyone in the game. It was awesome to feel like we were with a true professional. To top it off he gave us a really thoughtful letter and gift on our closing day. Thanks for treating us like family Bobby!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have asked for a better real estate professional to work with than Bobby. He helped my family find our first home to buy and now has helped us sell that home in the middle of this crazy market and it was a fantastic experience both times. Bobby's friendliness and professionalism make him great to work with but the thing I value the most is the peace of mind I get from his real estate knowledge. Every time I ran into a quirk or weird situation he was able to explain it me in a way that was easy to understand. This was extremely reassuring for first time buyers and then again first time sellers. Lastly I want to call out his flexibility and patience. Between open houses, private showings, and mountains of paperwork and deadlines, he steered us through it all with a smile and we are truly thankful.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I closed on our first single-family home purchase yesterday, and I cannot overemphasize how grateful we are to have worked with Bobby throughout the process. Bobby is so many things, among them patient, responsive, and personable. Communication was a breeze, and no question was too small to ask him as we navigated the buying process. He has exceptional market knowledge and, under his guidance, we feel confident that we paid an appropriate price for our new home, despite the frenzied market. We cannot recommend Bobby enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Bobby has been AMAZING to work with. He helped us purchase our first home three years ago, and just this year he helped us sell our home during a very turbulent real estate market. Bobby listens, has impeccable follow-through, and always gives expert advice. He definitely knows the Rhode Island real estate market and buying/selling process like the back of his hand. We are looking forward to working with Bobby again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Bobby was awesome to work with right from get go. I was impressed that all the other realtors we saw on showings were familiar with Bobby and held him in high regard, it was evident he has built a great reputation for himself and his business. He helped me find a beautiful house that checked all the boxes and then some. He made this process easier for me as the house was older and he has a vast knowledge of houses, and the RI market. I felt no pressure from Bobby to make any decisions on a house and felt he had my best interest in mind first and foremost. I would highly reccomend him and will be using him with future properties.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor that is professional, knowledgeable, and does what's best for your client then you should go with Bobby Bohlen! My fiance and I have used Bobby three times in the past two years, the purchase and sale of our condo and the purchase of our new house. Bobby and the Remax team did an amazing job with the photography and the videography of our condo. Our condo was only on the market for 48 hours before it sold. I truly believe that a big part of that was because of the hard work they put into the photography and the videography.Bobby is also especially great if you're a first-time home-buyer because he is patient and will explain every step of the way. Don't worry if you don't know what you are doing, because he will help you through the whole process. I would highly recommend Bobby to anybody looking to buy or sell in Rhode Island.

Bobby is responsive, informative and makes you feel like "we" are a team. I would recommend Bobby to anyone from first-time homebuyers to long-term homeowners. No matter the process he clearly answers any questions in a calm and clear manner. It is a great feeling to know a realtor truly has your best interests always in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Bobby is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available houses and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. Being first time homebuyers, his honesty was very much appreciated. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find him! We are now settled in our new home and couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED If are looking for realtor, I definitely recommend Bobby Bohlen. He is great in what he does. He has helped few of my family members with their first home purchase, as well as myself. During my process of buying a home I was getting frustrated with my previous realtor (lack of comunication). However, I was lucky to come across Bob at one of the showings and I decide to start working with him instead. He is great, always available, good communicator, send a list of all the property available (in the area you are looking for) everyday at 8am, so you can get the latest listing first hand. He will work in your favor to help you get what you want. Thank you Bob!! You guys did a great job and I'm extremely happy with the outcome!!

ZillowVERIFIED stared looking at homes back at the beginning of May and was in the process of being approved. Bobby, was the first realtor to reach out to me and made the experience of buying my first home incredible. Bobby, was able to set me up with an amazing Lending Office, which helped me get the home I wanted. Between the tough and competitive market, there were times where I felt down about the home buying process, but Bobby was there with me every step of the way and always told me to keep my head up. Between the 1am emails, to random Sunday phone calls, Bobby was always there. I closed at the end of August and like always, Bobby made sure I got the best deal I possible could. All in all, if youre someone looking to buy or sell a home, especially a first time home buyer, Bobbys the man you want in your corner.??
