ZillowVERIFIED Bobbi was incredibly helpful for the duration of our home buying process. When we finally found a place we loved and had our offer accepted, Bobbi always made sure she explained each step of the process to us. We were first time home buyers, and really appreciated the time she took to make sure we consistently knew what came next. When our sellers/mortgage company gave us a hard time, Bobbi was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. She gave great recommendations for lawyers and home inspectors as well, I couldn't recommend someone more than her.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Bobbi if you are thinking of buying or selling a house. Bobbi helped my brother and I sell a family home in Stonebridge development, which is a 55 and older adult community in Monroe Township. I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience, as well as her kindness and patience she had towards me and my brother. Bobbi did a great job marketing the home, gave us a realistic selling price, was completely honest and straightforward with her feedback to our questions. She did a great job negotiating the price we wanted, and she had the house sold in 2 weeks. She was always available for any questions we had, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Bobbi is very personable, friendly, and very easy to work with. Bobbi was excellent every step of the way and I want to thank her for helping us through the entire process. If anyone is looking for a real estate agent who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, definitely call Bobbi.

ZillowVERIFIED Bobbi did an outstanding job on selling my father's house. She provided a reasonable initial price for the house and knew the local market. We were all out of state and she advertised, arranged showings, had her handyman fix some issues and added the fire safety equipment that was needed to sell the house. She communicated almost daily and sent reviews of possible buyers. When we had an offer she insured that everyone had all the documents that needed to be shared. She kept me informed at every step of the way and always answered when I called.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many real estate agents in the past. Bobbi was extraordinary in her knowledge of the market and processes and her ability to move the transaction forward. Living across the country from where our condo was located Bobbi handled so many things that would ordinarily be handled by the seller. She provided resources for the inspection repairs and was very helpful in getting an open permit dating back to beginning of the 1990's closed and the CO issued. I can recommend Bobbi with the full confidence that she will do an outstanding job selling your home.
