The listing took longer than I had hoped but she not only got a buyer for my condo, I agreed to have her represent us both. The new owner did get it for less than I wanted to sell for but it wasn't as bad as it could have been for the market. But through it all Bobbi-Jo did what was right for both of us, I have since relocated but if I were to ever move back I would use her again, she was great to work with and knew all the ins and outs of the process (I wish I had an Agent like her when I bought it).

But the best part was when I called her office to find out about her areas of expertise - I spoke with the office manager Bill and he said she was one of the veterans of their office and said she was in the office right now. Well I met with Bobbi-Jo and we instantly hit it off - I am a little high strung due to a divorce, selling my home and relocating my 3 children and Bobbi's compassionate nature and knowledge of the area helped me find my dream home - a beautiful farm style colonial within walking distance to the elementary school of my choice.
