ZillowVERIFIED My good friend referred me to Bobbie to sell my condo. I called Bobbie and she came right over and talked with me and I thought she was the right person to sell my condo so I sighed a contract with her. She listed it and opened it up to other realtor. I had a couple of showings then about three weeks later someone put in an offer. Bobbie was not the realtor that got the buyer but she talked with the other realtor and took care of everything and kept me informed about everything to the best of her ability. I feel that Bobbie went above and beyone to do everything she could do to help make sure my condo sold and even payed for a year warranty for the buyer, she also volunteered her husband to fix a small piece of trim that was missing so the sale of my condo would happen because she new I was out of town and wouldnt be able to do the repair. All in all I was and am very happy with Bobbie and would definitely recommend her to friends, family or even to anyone. Even though the house was not ready for sale during their first visit they still came out to the residence, inspected and provided helpful pointers. It was not an ?easy sale? due to an unfortunate dissolution of marriage involved and the initial condition of the house. However, due to an infectious positive attitude steadfast devotion, tenacious work in fixing up the house, and teamwork the house was put on the market and sold in ?record time? and several thousand dollars more than anticipated!
