ZillowVERIFIEDFive stars for Bobbi Bromley with BHHS Fox and Roach. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed by the market, but Bobbi turned the whole process into a smooth, exciting journey. She listened closely to my must-haves, explained every step with patience, and gave me clear, honest guidance. Her market insights and proactive communication kept me ahead of the curveaEUR"she arranged showings while considering my crazy work schedule, coordinated with lenders and followed up with concise summaries after each property. Shes a hustler and exactly what you need in this market. I would recommend Bobbi again and again. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the opportunity to have Bobbi represent us and assist us in purchasing our home. Coming from out of state we heavily relied on Bobbis knowledge and experience. Bobbi made herself available to show us any property that we wanted to see and answer any questions. She also provided us with guidance throughout the process. Bobbi conducted herself very professional and went beyond our expectations to ensure we are happy with our decision and we have all the knowledge about the property prior to purchasing it. I would strongly recommend Bobbi to anyone that is looking to purchase a property as she is very knowledgeable of the area and current market conditions.

ZillowVERIFIED Bobbi was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She really listened to what we needed, scheduled showings quickly and was in constant contact with us to answer questions and help us understand the home buying process. She went above and beyond helping us manage vendor choices (title company, inspections, etc) and established clear timelines from offer acceptance to close. Bobbi never made us feel foolish or silly about even the most minor concerns. I would 100% engage her again if we plan to sell or buy in the future and I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! That?s the first word that comes to mind when I think about working with Bobbi. We started working together in July 2019. I asked Bobbi to come to the house and give me her professional opinion as to what should be done in preparation for sale. She had lots of great input and offered many solutions to the problems I was facing. Bobbi followed up with me over the months as I took on the renovation. She made sure to text me every few weeks to see where I was at with everything and to see if I had any questions. It was amazing to have her as a resource. I was able to text, call or email and she would get right back to me if she wasn?t available at that moment. Finally, almost a year later in June 2020, the house was ready to go on the market. It was a wild ride that would last all the way through October. Again, Bobbi was very supportive. She was on top of every detail and deadline. She knows her trade very well. She always had answers to my questions. She is familiar with the geographical area and knows many of the other agents, inspectors and title companies. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with the sale of my house. I can not say enough great things about Bobbi. I do know that I would have her as my agent for any of my real estate needs in the future. She is absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. Her hard work and dedication is appreciated more than she could ever know. Thank you for everything Bobbi.

ZillowVERIFIED Bobbi is an extremely knowledgeable realtor. She is grace under fire at all times. She successfully lead us through the uncharted waters of selling a house during the pandemic which was quite stressful. She always found the answers and always remained calm, cool and collected. We have worked with her before and had nothing but praises for her work and she has once again proven she is top of the class. We would highly recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a unique situation in that we were moving from another state. We had no idea of the location we were looking at or the types of places we were looking for - Bobbi helped us with all of that - giving us guidance and advice every step of the way. She was responsive with ALL communication, provided calendars and checklists to keep us on track and was there from start to finish in what was to be a delicate transaction. We were very happy with Bobbi and all of her experience and knowledge - she was so accommodating and even took us to view 14 properties in a span of 2 days - now thats commitment! We think very highly of Bobbi and right up until the keys were handed over, we were in great hands and thankful for having her! Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Bobbi was a true pleasure. We sold and bought with her. She listed our home for the perfect price and it was under agreement in 5 days! She got us exactly what we expected. She also worked so hard for us to find us the perfect home. It was a long road, searching, being under agreement but it falling through, and then searching again. Bobbi listened and persisted and found us the perfect home for the price we needed. She never stopped trying to make everything seamless and less stressful. I have never seen someone work so hard for someone elses dream! And all of it with the most pleasant demeanor. I dont know how she does it!
