Before I met Bob, I always thought of him as "that guy from the billboards." While doing work on a system in Bob's home, I realized why he was on the billboards. I witnessed how he treated his clients, how much he actually cared about their needs. I watched how both Bob and Teresa interacted with their kids. He took the time that day, even though I was there to provide a service on his home, to give me advice on a rental property I owned at the time. I got to chatting with him a bit and thought "This is my realtor from now on." Over the years, every time I have used him as my realtor, buying or selling, it has been the exact same experience. Professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly, honesty. He will never guide you down the wrong path in order to make a commission. In fact, he actually talked me out of putting in an offer on a house because he felt that it was overpriced and that if I purchased would start out equity poor in. The next day he found me a more upgraded version of the same house in the same neighborhood and negotiated a lower price. It is that type of honesty and trust you get when working with his team. Robert is excellent at staging homes, and when you go to sell yours you can expect it to be presented in the best possible light, no matter if you are selling a 4000 square foot home or a 1200 sqaure foot condo, you will get the same experience and attentiveness out of this team. In short, if you need to buy or sell, no offense to your brother's friend that just got his real estate license, go with Kroll and have it done correctly and with expert professionalism. I can't tell you how many times I have joked with Bob after he has helped me with something "that's why you are the guy on the billboard." Can't say enough good things about them.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me begin by saying that its very clear why Bob Kroll and his wife Teresa are Century Prides Top Selling Team for the past 20 years. I saw their billboards when I drove through the far southwest suburbs like New Lenox and Frankfort, periodically being updated with a new larger number of homes sold. My daughter was going through a divorce and needed to have her home in Homer Glen sold as quickly as possible. First, her husband gave the listing to a friend of his that only ended up wasting everyones time. No offers, no sale, over 60 days wasted. I told my daughter that she needed to give Bob and Teresa Kroll a call because they were very successful in our area. She listened and gave Bob a call. This would be the best decision she would make. Bob is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. He is honest and to the point and doesnt mislead you. Its very clear why he and his wife are so successful. She was very impressed with his level of confidence that he could sell the house. She wasted no time hiring Bob to market and sell her home. Within a week of listing, my daughter had an offer on the house! This was such a relief that she would be able to get the house sold and complete her divorce. Bob had succeeded again! Unfortunately, things didnt go as smoothly as we had initially hoped. The buyer had suddenly changed their mind a week before closing and pulled out of the deal. My daughter was devastated and stressed that she may have been pushed back to square one. Bob seemed unfazed at this unfortunate turn of events and expressed even more confidence that my daughter need not worry aEUR" that he would get this house sold soon. The man definitely lived up to his word as within one week of the house being back on the market, they had another offer! This time, the deal ended up being completed and my daughter was able to have this extreme burden lifted from her shoulders. Never once did Bobs confidence waver, never did he stumble, he KNEW that losing the first buyer was just a temporary setback. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Bob and his knowledge, confidence, and experience. The time will be coming soon that I will be putting my own house on the market and when I do, there is no other realtor that I will trust with my listing. I know that Bob will get me the best price that I can hope to get in the market when we put it up.
