Our experience with Bob and Teresa was so positive, from start to finish. After being disappointed with two other realtors and their team of lenders, etc., we tried the Krolls. They found us a beautiful home that checked all of our super specific boxes and their recommended lender and attorneys made the mortgage process stress-free. Now that we have been in our home for over a month, they continue to provide us with connections for any kind of professional service we may need (painters, movers, flooring, etc.) and always answer our emails or calls when we reach out. I have worked with Bob and Teresa (and their assistant Robert) on 4 transactions, and have recommended him for several others. Before I met Bob, I always thought of him as "that guy from the billboards." While doing work on a system in Bob's home, I realized why he was on the billboards. I witnessed how he treated his clients, how much he actually cared about their needs. I watched how both Bob and Teresa interacted with their kids. He took the time that day, even though I was there to provide a service on his home, to give me advice on a rental property I owned at the time. I got to chatting with him a bit and thought "This is my realtor from now on." Over the years, every time I have used him as my realtor, buying or selling, it has been the exact same experience. Professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly, honesty. He will never guide you down the wrong path in order to make a commission. In fact, he actually talked me out of putting in an offer on a house because he felt that it was overpriced and that if I purchased would start out equity poor in. The next day he found me a more upgraded version of the same house in the same neighborhood and negotiated a lower price. It is that type of honesty and trust you get when working with his team. Robert is excellent at staging homes, and when you go to sell yours you can expect it to be presented in the best possible light, no matter if you are selling a 4000 square foot home or a 1200 sqaure foot condo, you will get the same experience and attentiveness out of this team. In short, if you need to buy or sell, no offense to your brother's friend that just got his real estate license, go with Kroll and have it done correctly and with expert professionalism. I can't tell you how many times I have joked with Bob after he has helped me with something "that's why you are the guy on the billboard." Can't say enough good things about them.
