We met Bob at a showing for a house in Erie. Got to talking to him and let him know we were selling a house out in Warren and asked if he knew anyone out there to help us out. He drove all the way out there to look at our house and give us his opinion on things we could change or shape up in order to make the place more attractive to buyers. We took his advice then hired him to sell it for us. Within a week we got multiple offers and he took care of the rest! It was the least stressful house sale weve ever had or heard someone else having! When we buy our next place we will definitely come to Bob! He is truly a genuinely wonderful person who deeply loves what he does!

Bob is incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me pick a great home, and found a bunch of choices for me based on the specific things I was looking for. I moved from out of state and he was very informative about the area and things to do. He helped me make an offer lower than I would have on my own that was accepted, saving me a good bit of money.
