After graduating in 1978, he chose to make Arizona his permanent home. Having gone through the journey of discovering why Arizona is such an exceptional place to live, Bob made it his mission to help others do the same. More than a real estate expert, Bob is a lifestyle specialist who understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than the property--it's about the way you want to live. Bob began his real estate career in 1978, joining his brother Nate at Nathan & Associates, a successful land brokerage firm. After nearly two decades, the two partnered with DMB Associates to create DMB Realty, where Bob served as Designated Broker and daily manager of the custom homesite sales at DC Ranch. Under his leadership, the team successfully sold over 250 custom homesites in one of the Valley's most prestigious communities. DC Ranch and Silverleaf remain at the heart of Bob's business. Having lived in 8 homes within DC Ranch and has built five custom residences, Bob brings a true builder's mindset and vision to his work. This success grew into Bob becoming a golf community specialist. In 2004, Bob founded RH Nathan & Company, using his in-depth knowledge of DC Ranch, Silverleaf, and surrounding areas to serve a growing network of discerning clients. He later joined Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty and quickly rose to become one of the firm's top-producing agents.
