ZillowVERIFIED Bob and his team have helped us in so many ways! Bob has helped us sell two houses and buy another. We most recently sold our home in Clarksburg and Bob and his team provided top notch service. They're very responsive and helpful. From all of the legwork before pictures and staging, through listings and showings, closing and beyond, we would recommend Bob and his team every time without hesitation. Our questions were always answered quickly, their guidance was always spot-on, and we got more for our home than we anticipated--even in this crazy seller's market. We sold our home because work took us out of the region, and on top of their great local service, Bob took time to find a realtor in our destination. He didn't just look up a realtor directory; he interviewed and vetted realtors before he connected us. Bob's dedication to ensuring we would be in good hands after moving across the country have proven invaluable. There are intangibles and qualities that are hard to quantify until you get to experience someone who can provide the level of service to help you accomplish your goals beyond just selling your home. Bob and his team have provided us with service that will help us way beyond just selling our house now and we strongly recommend Bob Myers to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I am grateful for Karen Summerfield and her team for helping me and my family own our first home. Karen is very professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. She stayed up late the night before her trip to write the contract for us. She made sure we were taken care of while she was on vacation and she always answered my questions. She kept me updated and made sure that the contingencies were met. She is very thoughtful. She took care of us even during the move, made sure that we (including the movers) were all fed during that extremely busy time. Karen and the Myers team are highly commendable.

Bob Myers marketing strategy, negotiation skills, and attention to detail ensured the process was an easy and lucrative one for us, and we couldnt be happier choosing him to list our properties and purchase our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob has been my realtor for over 15 years. He has helped my immediate as well as extended family with buying and selling our properties. I believe we have had a total of 8 or more transactions and have been satisfied every time. Ann who is on his team gets things done in record time and always has an answer when something needs further clarification. The Myers team Rocks!

ZillowVERIFIED The real estate game has really changed since we bought our house 16yrs ago and Bob Myers and his team knew the market inside and out. When my husband and I decided to move out west and bring my father-in-law with, we had two houses in two states to put on the market. Bob gave us a thorough assessment of each home, discussed what needed to be done to get to market, came back the next day with his team of workmen, and we got to market a week later. The Myers Team was extremely knowledgeable about real estate laws in both states and was there every step of the way to guide us through the process. Bob sold both homes in only a few days and got us well over asking price for each. If you are looking for a trusted partner to help you buy or sell, stop your search and give Bob a call. Youll thank yourself later.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Bob Myers and his team for 5 different real estate transactions over the last 12 years. Each time he has been an absolutely amazing resource. But this time I needed his knowledge and expertise more than ever. In a period of about 45 days, I purchased a new home and listed and sold 2 other properties all with Bob. He helped us determine a strategy for how to get what we needed both as a buyer and a seller. We managed to keep ourselves out of a bidding war on the house we were buying thanks to his guidance and benefitting from price escalations on both of our sales. In the end we feel like we got a fair price on our purchase and excellent prices on our sales. Bob and team also make the process so easy. Ann is amazing at communicating the steps needed to get to close on time and with gentle reminders along the way to make sure everything stays on track. The staging and photography was excellent! We felt our properties looked pristine and showed well and the process was smooth and easy. From start to finish we could not have been more happy with Bob and his team. And while I hope to be done with real estate transactions for a while -- Bob is the only person I will call if that changes.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Bob Myers was an awesome experience from start to finish! From day one he listened so he could understand my wants and needs. Bob provided amazing guidance and knowledge along the way. He was able to connect me with professional and dedicated contractors that made what could have been a stressful process a fairly easy one. In a sellers' market my home sold in under a week, but finding my new home was a little more challenging. Bob stepped up to the challenege and helped me find the perfect home for me and didn't let me settle. I trusted him every step of the way. Definitely would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob helped us buy and sell homes. The overall experience was very positive. I was not the easiest customer in the world. And Bob had shown great will to listen to my requests and offered insightful feedback. He went above and beyond to take care of my house and my needs in both transactions. I would not hesitate to call Bob for any real estate inquiries should we need in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were referred to Bob and Ann Myers for purchasing our first home. As you can imagine, we knew very little about the process and needed major guidance, recommendations, honesty, and someone to really help walk us through the steps. From the initial search through to closing, Bob went above and beyond to help us find a home that fit our needs and price range. He's actually a buyer's agent, meaning he actually worked for us as the buyers and not the sellers. He would give us honest feedback if we toured a particular house and thought we could do better. He was actually the one who found our home after thorough searching (we never would have realized it was an option) and helped us to negotiate with the seller to get it at a fantastic price. We had a ton of questions about the house contract, and he was great at answering all our questions and concerns. On closing, he gave us a bottle of champagne too!!! I honestly don't think we would have found as good of house if we hadn't used Bob, and I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Ana's designation as a "Buyer's Specialist" could not be more fitting.Between her in-depth knowledge of the Montgomery County area, its schools, and long-term projects, her high degree of awareness of residential loan, construction, repair and insurances practices, and her expertise in writing a win-win contract for both the buyers and the sellers, we could not be more pleased with the results Ana delivered. She is extremely responsive, keeps her clients apprised throughout the entire process, and has a vast network of local professionals to refer to you as needs arise in the future.Without a doubt, this has been the best home-buying experience we have encountered and we owe it all to Ana. Ana and the Myers Team have earned our family as lifelong customers for whatever real-estate business the future may hold for us.I cannot recommend Ana highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We retained Bob Myers to sell our primary residence in Maryland. From the initial listing to the final closing, the Bob Myers Team deployed an amazing variety of skills and resources. Because they possessed such an incredible amount of depth and experience, they were able to quickly and efficiently respond to the various issues associated with selling a house. We had moved out of state prior to listing the house, so the ability for the Bob Myers Team to deploy various contractors and services on our behalf was instrumental in ensuring a successful transaction. While we understand that selling a home is a major undertaking, we are truly appreciative of and grateful for the way Bob Myers made the selling of our home an effortless and enjoyable experience for us.

ZillowVERIFIED The Bob Myers Team, in particular Ana Dubin, are outstanding agents. Their dedication, area knowledge and customer service set them far above the crowd. Ana came into a difficult situation and was able to far exceed our expectations! Our house had been listed for almost 60 days with another well known agent in Clarksburg. The difference between Ana and the other agent was stark! Her communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile were a refreshing change. Ana and her team were able to sell the home in only three days, at a price above asking. They were able to get the job done whereas the so-called "top team in Clarksburg" could not! The entire process was smooth sailing from listing through closure. Bob, Ann and Ana took care of everything, including the inevitable last minute issues that came up. You can tell Ana is passionate about the business but still maintains the human touch that makes her a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Myers team, in particular Ana Dubin, as they are by far and away to best agents in Clarksburg!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the great pleasure of working with Bob and several members of his team. A cadre of true professionals that included his wife Ann that made selling our house seamless. Very thorough in explaining the whole process and they executed flawlessly on our behalf to ensure we received top dollar for our house. They also recommended top notch contractors to take care of minor issues when prepping our house for sale which directly resulted in getting a solid offer within 2 days of listing on the market. Would absolutely recommend to anyone including close friends and family. Couldnt be happier with the overall service and experience they provided!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Bob and Ann Myers to purchase our dream home and really cant say enough good things about them. There were both patient, knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and incredibly generous with their time over the course of our 18 month search. They responded to all of our questions and they reviewed and explained all of the applicable contract documentation. This was a long search, due to circumstances not attributable to either Bob nor Ann, that ordinary agents may have abandoned; however, Bob and Ann remained with the search resulting in my wife and I closing on our home.
