We looked and looked, researched and researched and found Bob. Holy cow! We are so extremely happy that we found Bob. As I told Bob in our initial conversation, we were in the very initial stages in the home buying process. We wanted to get a feel for the area and were pretty sure that we wanted to purchase a home in about a years time. We were not familiar with the area in the least. Bob lined up a variety of homes for us to visit. Close to town, on the lake, off the lake, just a variety of homes in the area. We walked away saying to ourselves that we had hit the jackpot and found a real down to earth realtor who was super smart, knew the area like the back of his hand and was plugged into various town happenings.
