ZillowVERIFIEDKenneth is the absolute best! We used him in 2019 for our first home purchase, and it was no question 4 years later to use him again for our next purchase. He is Knowledgeable, responsive, professional, insightful, and a delight to work with. We will always use Kenneth at Bob Kory! Very happy customer.

ZillowVERIFIED Very personable and easy to work with. She made sure to advise me and walked me through the process as a whole as I was a first time home buyer. She is extremely detailed and makes sure you are understanding the different items that you are signing.

ZillowVERIFIED As an owner of multiple investment properties, I can confidently state that Bob has exceptional local market knowledge and is well versed in the entire process of ensuring Buyer and Seller achieve an optimal outcome. He is highly responsive for all requests and makes himself available after-hours as he recognizes the need to manage even the smallest details. ZillowVERIFIED She was awesome! I was very indecisive in my decision to what area I wanted to rent a home. She helped me find nice homes in any area I was interested in, I'm ever changing locations. She was also able to negotiate with the home owners to get me a better lease. Finally She helped us find the perfect home to lease for my family and I. I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was an amazing partner throughout our entire search! So much more than a realtor - he supported us every step of the way with great advice, pricing, negotiation skills. We had an extremely narrow timeline and he managed to help us get both more than we expected on the selling side and a better deal on the buying side than we expected... all in a slightly down market. A true professional I would recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob is a very professional realtor. He has been in the Katy area for a long time and really knows the market, price points and trends. He truly cares about making sure his clients find what they need. After we found our new house Sep 2019 we had several follow up call to make sure we were happy our purchase. He was our 3rd realtor after 7 years, as we were extremely picky, and I would be happy recommend him.
