ZillowVERIFIEDBob did a wonderful job assisting me in selling my home. I had noticed that he had quickly sold a home just a few doors down and that is how I chose him to represent me in the selling of my home. He was always very prompt for any appointments always made himself available for any type of questions or concerns through phone or text. It was a smooth and seamless process in selling my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was excellent to work with from start to finish! His years of experience were invaluable in navigating this difficult market. He always responded quickly, made himself available to show us homes on any day and at any hour (often a distance away), and we felt confident in offers and negotiation with his guidance. Would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to purchase and will definitely use him for any real estate transactions in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob did an excellent job with helping me buy my first condo. While touring homes, he took the time to really investigate every inch of the home for any issues that I should be aware of. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fought for me when I was settling on my condo that had a few injustices involved. If he's still in business when I need to move again, I'll definitely reach back out to him.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first time home buyer and Bob went above and beyond to help us with things which we didn't know of. He explained us every step of the process in detail and negotiated a great deal for us. He not just helped us get a great deal, he helped us fix a few things at the home, taught us how to paint, spackle and few other things. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to buy or sell the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob is great! He helped us sell our old home and buy our new dream house. It was a crazy market, but Bob's knowledge of the area helped us find our home. He responded quickly to all of our texts and phone calls. One time coming home early from vacation to put in a bid for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was our realtor when my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home. We were new to the process and Bob was very helpful in going over all the steps that we needed to take. He identified properties that we were interested in and took care of all the appointment scheduling. When we found one that we liked, he even made special trip out (on his birthday no less) to let us see it again before we made an offer. He walked us through the negotiation process, had great recommendations for the inspections we needed, and was quick to respond to questions. We couldn't be happier with the property and I would recommend him without reservation!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob is truly the best. He helped us find our first home, sell it years later, and find our new home. He navigated the changes due to the pandemic like a true professional. He was with us every step of the way...from financing, inspection, general questions, and even having recommendations for contractors to help with requested repairs. There is no doubt, Bob is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting with Bob, when he told us we didn't need to put a lot of time and money into our property to fetch top dollar, to closing when a family emergency necessitated a quick change in plans, he was exactly what we wanted and needed in a real estate agent. We highly recommend Bob for his professionalism, knowledge of the market and all around helpfulness.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was our realtor when selling our home last Fall. Bob was excellent, always responded immediately to questions, diligently worked through some problems, held a realtors' open house, which probably helped to bring in buyers to view the house, held open houses as often as we wished. Our home sold within a few weeks. He handled the closing for us as we had already moved out of state.
