We also place a large post sign on your property for exposure not only for your neighbors but others passing by who might know someone who is interested in your home. Some of our best leads come from signs!. Color brochures are used also with professionally taken pictures that feature the best of your home. Realtors tours are used for agents to tour your home in case they may have a buyer for your home. Those are done on Tuesdays between 11 and 1pm. .
