Despite this challenging fact, Bob Gill researched the market value, listed the property on Thursday September 26, 2019, identified seven serious buyers at the open houses the following Saturday and Sunday, and closed the sale on Friday November 7, 2019 at a price that was 98% of the listing price (the other offers clustered around 89%), As personal representative, this result exceeded my expectations and confirmed for me the appropriateness of the Gill Realty Group motto Exceptional Service Is Our Standard!

They were so open to all of our questions and helped us navigate through tricky negotiations to get the best deal on our house. My husband and I were first time home buyers with fairly demanding jobs, and we could not have asked for a better agent than Bob. He was hands-on, patient, and knowledgeable. Bob seems to know everyone! He was able to get us into homes before they hit the market. Because of his background, he was able to walk into a home, understand the quality of the construction and furthermore, provide us with insight on the cost to update different areas of the home. When we finally landed on our home, he went above and beyond to support us in thinking through renovations and permitting processes. I would be remiss not to mention Bob's amazing Operations Manager, Kathy. Kathy was organized, detail oriented and customer service oriented until the very end. Even when we made the rookie mistake of forgetting to transfer the utilities in our new home to our name, she personally made phone calls to the town to ensure we were in good shape. Bob and Kathy were the perfect team and a pleasure to work with. We recommend them without reserve, and we hope to work with them again in the future.
