Bob did a great job for us. We were buying from another state so he was very helpful in getting showings arranged around our ability to come in town. He was also a great help during the purchase of the house taking care of getting inspections and repairs done on our behalf. He is a great realtor and I would highly recommend him.

Bob did a great job helping us find our house. He was always available when we needed him for questions or help in the buying process. He kept us informed with the progress of our purchase and arranged for all of the inspections as we lived in a different state. I am glad FastExpert recommended him to us. I would definitely use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob is the only agent that has gone the extra mile to get reliable information for me concerning the sale of my property. He has more resources with which to advertise & is open to new ideas for promotion. He is an honest & careful negotiator & he has even offered to accompany me to planning commission meetings. I highly recommend Bob because he stands apart from any other agent I have dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from the east coast to the Arkansas, Oklahoma area and everything we would be doing had to be worked out by phone. Bob gave honest and prompt information to my wife and myself. I made the trip by flying to see the home and property and found that it was everything Bob had told me that it was. We made a deal to purchase the home and have been living in this home since the end of August 2014. Bob did not stop with the sale of this home, he became a wonderful friend as well as continuing to help us in so many other ways. I recommend Bob as a real estate agent, he is the best I have come across!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very particular about the area I was looking in, the price i wanted to pay and the size and shape of the home I was looking for. Bob worked hard to find all that was available and kept me informed quickly when a new home hit the market. He was patient and informative. He kept in touch with me and responded to me quickly if I sent him questions via email or phone.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob is very knowledgable of the western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma area and will work hard for his clients in both listing your properties or finding you property to purchase. Bob has a genuine concern of the needs and wishes of each of his clients and the people he represents.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was extremely efficient and friendly. Returned our phone calls immediately, responded to our requests to see homes. When we found the house we wanted, he was able to answer any questions we had and made himself available at his office for our email, faxing requests we needed to complete the process of getting our money for closing. I highly recommend Bob to anyone selling and/or buying a home.
