ZillowVERIFIED So I was going to buy a home, and since I hadnt bought one for 37 years, I was basically like a first time home buyer and didnt want just any realtor. I was given Bob Eisenlauers name from a trusted friend and Bob turned out to be truly exceptional. His Listing/Transaction Coordinator, Annie Byers, was invaluable with her attention to detail and organization. The amount of time they put into walking me through the process, helping me download documents for my loan, and just giving me the support I needed was unbelievable. It didnt matter what time of day it was, Bob and Annie were always there to answer my gazillion questions. If they werent able to immediately answer my call, they were prompt to get back with a text or an email, so I was always provided with the information I needed at the moment. Their were concerns raised about the HOA and Bob worked diligently to track down board members to get answers and looked out for me as if he was purchasing the property himself. I always felt he and Annie had my best interests in mind. The home I was buying was represented by an out of state and many times unavailable real estate lawyer, so Bob and Annie had to work through some tough situations. Their cool, calm manner kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done and I will be eternally grateful! Their kindness, professionalism and strong knowledge base made some of the challenging situations run much more smoothly than expected and it felt like they truly cared about me. Now that its time for my home to go on the market, Bob and his team will once again be navigating me through this unpredictable housing market, and I have no doubt they will expertly market it and get it sold in no time.

He would take me to every place I requested and come up with all of the information I asked for and then some. Even after my offer was accepted and we were in the closing process I called him and wanted to see another house that had just come on the market. I was cringing waiting for him to tell me to stop looking, but he didn't, he simply took me to the house as if it was the first house we had even looked at.
