They made the process very easy and were extremely accommodating considering we did not live in the area any more. When we stumbled upon an open house one Sunday and decided to up and move a block away (to a beautiful property with stunning views) my first call was to Fran. She immediately and graciously returned my call which interrupted her vacation and connected me with Bob. It was a whirlwind 7 days.
