So I am going to make this as detailed as possible so that you can see why you should go with Bob. Bob was referred to us by our mortgage specialist (who is also fantastic). We were a little leery because we had already tried two other agents and no one seemed eager to help us in our house hunt. Well....Bob got back to my girlfriend and I immediately. So, right off the bat, he was already 100% better than the prior two agents. Bob met with us and we told him what we were looking for and in what areas we would be interested. We also had been looking online at houses and gave Bob a list (which I constantly added to and he never complained when I texted him at odd hours!) Bob would set up showings as soon as we thought we found a house we liked. We went through several houses before we found "the one." Bob was there with us every step of the way and, if you've never purchased a house before, it is very stressful and can be quite confusing at times. Bob answered all of our questions and helped set us up with people when we needed certain repairs done. Bob is also a business owner and incredibly busy, yet, he always had the time for us and was always there when we needed him..(and we were pretty needy). Bob stopped by a few days ago because he was at the store and saw lights that we had been looking for. He purchased the lights and brought them to us. What kind of agent, or person for that matter, would go out of their way, without being asked, and do something so nice??? We had also met Bob's wife during our house hunt and she accompanied him to our house to drop off the lights and to see what we had done with the house so far. It was so great to see them both! Bob is an amazing agent, and person for that matter, and someone that we will be keeping in touch with, as he has become our friend in this process and, at this point, we can't imagine not having him in our lives.
