ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I went to Bob after a discouraging experience with another agent. We had already fallen in love with a home and were told to keep looking. There was too much risk in this one with no understanding of the attachment wed already made. When we spoke with Bob, it was a completely different experience. Even with decades of experience, he still operates with passion and most of all understanding that a first home is a huge deal. The purchase ended up being extremely complicated, but Bob was both tactful and truthful the whole way through. He knows when you are stressed and we can say from personal experience, he will do everything he can to take things off your plate. But he also knows how and when to say the hard stuff that comes from his decades of experience. I can confidently say this sale would not have happened without his help. We have our first home for our family because of everything Bob can and will bring to the table.

ZillowVERIFIED One word to describe Bob: Magnificent! We had the opportunity to work with Bob to purchase our first home. He goes above and beyond during every conversation, making you feel comfortable at every step of the home buying journey. He was always available for us whenever we needed him from touring the houses, to the offer process, purchase agreement and closing. Needless to say, his long years of experience is his best asset and we could not have done it without him. We knew he had our back!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Bob by a chance and what a luck it was! We hope to carry our new friendship for years to come. Bob is the reason we were able to become first time home buyers, we came absolutely unprepared - low credit scores and major negative remarks and only because of his knowledge, patience & determination we were able to close. Plus he found us a new tenant in less than 3 days! Cant recommend him high enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold an estate property. I was not from the area and used Zillow realtor review to choose a realtor. I reviewed at least 15 local realtors and Bob Ciccarelli stood out among them. Best. Decision. Ever !! Bob is very genuine, professional, and honest in all our interactions. He answers every question and call immediately. The home needed some TLC and Bob's team did everything from mowing the lawn , painting, donating furniture, to replacing batteries in smoke detectors......all without charge. Please don't look any further. Call Bob today for your buying or selling needs. Two thumbs up Bob on an outstanding job! We sold the home and gained a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended Bob by friends who had also sold their their home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called Bob and his fast response and his expertise gave me positive feelings of going forward with my plans to sell the house. He even gave me some suggestions what I could improve in my house to make the selling process faster and easier. I have to admit that I didnt think about these details, but he was absolutely right. His professionalism and negotiation skills made us feel less stressed with all the process. In fact, everything went so well and smooth, that I can still not believe how fast I got to sell my house. Me and my wife would definitely recommend Bob. David and Jenny

ZillowVERIFIED We came to know about Bob through his son who was our neighbor in our apartment building. Knowing absolutely nothing about the home-buying process, we couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with as first time buyers. Bob has extensive knowledge and he guided us expertly through multiple bids and disappointments until we found the dream home. He brought our attention to many small things when viewing homes and his input was very valuable in making our decisions. His advice was priceless in a housing market that was spiraling out of control and helped us avoid making rash decisions. Once our bid was accepted, Bob was very encouraging and helpful during the stressful closing process. We would definitely work again with Bob should we ever need to buy/sell in the Greater Boston Area.

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will be called out. I would definitely recommend Bob! He also helped another family member close recently so we're big fans.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough words to describe the quality of my experiences with Bob Ciccarelli of CiccarelliHomes. Great team with a family mindset is a winning and successful combinationaEUR"ALWAYS. This concept is proven because Ive known Bob Ciccarelli for over a decade, and he has the same wonderful staff over this long period of time, which demonstrates the high level of loyalty and dedication displayed in both sidesaEUR"he values his employees and they reciprocate the same level of respect to both him and his clients. I have had the esteemed pleasure of working with Bob in both capacities of a seller AND a buyer, with a decade in between both transactions! What makes him exceptional is that both situations were extremely complicated and required patience, knowledge, and experience. In 2007 when the home market imploded, I met Mr. Ciccarelli when I made the difficult decision to put my beloved home of 2 years on the market as a aEURoeshort sale.aEUR? This process was tedious and tricky at bestaEUR"I placed my faith in his ability to sell my home and he was brilliant! He saved my honor and my sanity, in that the stress was causing all kinds of health problems that were soon resolved. Fast forward over a decade to 2021, Bob represented my new husband and I as a buyers agent. Again, we ran against many challenges yet again, during yet another unpredictable and volatile housing market. Bob was absolutely amazing from the proposal stage until the closing. I sat across from him last week in tears as we signed the final paper that secured our dream in Amherst NH. His resilience and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I would trust no one other than him as an agent in any capacity needed, whether buying, selling, or renting. From these experiences, Ive also gained a lifelong friend. I fully give my enthusiastic recommendation of CiccarelliHomesaEUR"this company is a rare gem ??.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was my real estate agent 15 years ago when I bought my first home. Years later, when my family outgrew that home, I called him back and trusted him with the sale as well as purchase of yet another home. The sale and purchase took place in parallel just as the economy had started to take a downturn. We were grateful. At the beginning of this year (2020), I called on Bob once again when my parents decided to sell their home and downsize. Little did we know that we would find ourselves in the midst of a pandemic attempting to close on the sale of their existing home and purchase of a new one. The process had its challenges given the circumstances. Bob worked with my parents and being bilingual facilitated the process to make both transactions happen. That was no small feat. His knowledge of the real estate markets was instrumental across the board. Thanks Bob and your team!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert aEURoeBobaEUR? Ciccarelli came to us highly recommended by our real estate investing mentor. She stated that if anyone would work ridiculously hard to get my wife and I our first investment property it would be him. Thats exactly what happened for buying our first 3 family property. He was available for any and every question about this process throughout the whole thing. He was sure to do what was in the best interest of us as clients and was always available even outside of office hours. We never felt alone or out of the loop in the process of buying our first home. He even throws an annual client appreciation ball in which we enjoyed. Bob continues to be there for us even in our difficult process after our home accidentally caught on fire. He has helped me with a few properties and I have recommended him to other friends and family who have all had great experiences. He has an incredible sense of the value of homes in the area as well as a great negotiation ability. He does whatever it takes to get the deal done, and in my case, knew how much I should offer for the house to make sure I don't overpay and the offer still gets accepted. He is very professional and great guy to talk to. His knowledge on the whole process is unmatched and has never failed to answer any questions I have. Any time I can I recommend Bob to friends, family, and others seeking a professional to help with buying/selling a home.
