They always advocated for us. For them it isn't necessarily about making the deal they always look out for their clients best interest which is very rare in this business. Bob was prompt on returning calls and explained every step clearly. Communication with Bob and Keli was always prompt and all issues were addressed during the process and were kept well informed. We had a short sale offer Keli went above and beyond, kept in constant contact with the Lender and provided all documentation. Unfortunately the sale didn't go through. Bob and Keli Brown have great knowledge and experience, they both were very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Palmetto Elite Realty if youre looking to buy or sell property. Our house was listed, received an offer after 5 days on the market and was ratified 4 days later. We were incredibly pleased with Bobs negotiating skills with the buyer agent. During the negotiations he saved us thousands of dollars. He definitely had our best interests in mind while representing us as sellers. The transaction was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. We worked together to determine a best fit for our lake needs and Bob was very patient with us as "late bloomer" buyers. He showed properties, but I balked at each because I wasn't ready to pay that kind of money. Bob would offer a pleasant warning that the prices would likely escalate and he was right and I was wrong. His patience, and ours as well, paid off as he found a wonderful property that we knew about for 8 months but had to wait until all of the legal issues were resolved. Bob stepped us through the entire process and even though I paid the "escalated" price due to my inability to make a decision Bob was always there for support and encouragement. Bob and Kelli know their stuff and are great ambassadors for the realtor industry and the upstate of South Carolina.

We were from out of state, we would contact him when we were going to be in town, they would explain everything about the area. Gave us contact information for everything and everyone.
