Review From the beginning of the home selling/buying process, Bob made the experience a lot less stressful than we imagined it would be. He was always available to answer any questions that we may have had. He made us feel extremely comfortable when we asked ANY questions. Bob was prompt when returning phone calls, (even on weekends). He prepared us for the photo shoot by letting us know what should and should not be included in the photos. He also guided us through the Inspection process in a way that made it stress free. His suggestions throughout the experience were extremely helpful, and we would not hesitate recommending Bob and The Ben Kinney Team to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a property. They are top notch!

Review Mike was the best agent we have ever had . We have bought/sold over 4 properties .That gives us a pretty good idea of the agents out there . Mike & his team outperformed every one we have had experiences with . They knew our market . Despite me asking them to lower the listing price -- they seemed confident of their analysis 7 in the end they were right. That ended up netting over 10% of what we might have received otherwise . Throughout the process .. their Ben Kinney team was amazing as they kept in touch with us informing us about the buyer/agent ; buyers lender etc. We cannot say enough about Mikes responsiveness to a rather complicated closing due to last minute issues with our HOA . We are truly thrilled that we chose Mike/Bob .We would unhesitatingly refer them to any of our family/friends . They have our ringing endorsement as truly a competent; compassionate ; market place savvy & empathetic to the customer .. you couldnt ask for a better team !! WAY TO GO Ben Kinney!!!!!!

Review I have personally used Bob Bakas twice. The first time was selling our home. We had been with another Real Estate company and agent. It was a nightmare!! Once we were able to get out of the contract, we immediately met with Bob as he was recommended by a friend that sold through Bob several times before. Bobs professional, knowledgeable demeanor along with his confidence impressed me. Once we listed, we had showings immediately in contrast to the 2 showings in 4 months with the other agent. Our house sold in a few weeks. Bob held our hand the whole way and always had our best interest at heart. The second time was when we needed to sell my fathers house, Bob was the first and only person I thought of. Bob was patient with my elderly father and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. His house sold fast and Bob negotiated well for us. My daughter had also recommended him to a friend who had been trying to sell her home and had a nightmare with her realtor. Like us when selling our home, she waited for the contract to run out and met with Bob. She was so impressed by the level of communication and commitment by Bob and his team but, what impressed her the most was when the home she was in that hadnt been shown with her previous agent was sold in just a few weeks by Bob. I cannot think of enough positives about Bob and his team!! Selling a home is difficult, emotional and overwhelming. When you work with a professional like Bob and Megan his office manager who keeps everything moving forward, its really easy!

Review Bob made an initial presentation that discussed his experience, results and the buying and selling process in todays market. This was helpful to us because we owned the home we were selling for over 40 years. Bob gave us an estimated sales closing statement with a bottom line net proceeds the day after our initial meeting. Our eventual sale resulted in net proceeds within a few hundred dollars of that estimate. Bob also represented us as a buyer and we found a home within 3 weeks. He communicated clearly and responded in a timely manner.
