Being first time home buyers, we hadn't gotten pre-approved for a loan, but Blake was there for us. He was able to work his magic and get us a pre-approval, despite being 7pm on a Sunday, allowing us to get our offer in quickly. Blake handled the negotiation process incredibly well. He was able to fend off other offers yet we were still able to grab the house below asking price.
