We recently sold our home in Frankston TX, and I can honestly say working with Blake was truly a pleasure. We had to sell my fathers home when we moved him from Texas to an assisted living facility in NJ and needed someone we could trust to take care of everything after we left. We truly appreciated the way Blake simplified the entire process as he explained each step along the way which put any concerns we may have had to rest. Of all the stresses from the move, selling the house was not one of them. Days after meeting him, Blake had installed a huge sign in the front yard, helped us stage the house, and began to bring multiple prospective buyers in what was a relatively short timeframe. After we moved, working with Blake from NJ was the best thing we could have done, he really did take care of everything through to the completion of the sale which because of his efforts, was less than a month from the day we left.

Blake is not a person who just searches for homes and gets you to see them, rather he goes above and beyond to get the best deal. Even after you like a home and make an offer, he still looks after you by finding ways to make the home cost less. Even though it would mean less for him, but his philosophy about getting you the best ildeal is his ultimate strength. And he is an expert in the business. Also, Blake has years of experience, which means he sees the faults in homes right away and points them out. Forgot to mention that he is really funny. Blake represented me and brother for short two weeks, and we were able to buy a home.

Blake was our Realtor when we sold our home over a year ago. His expertise and knowledge of the area was a plus. He sold our home within 30 days at a competitive price. It was a smooth closing. He was there for us throughout the entire process. In fact, right after we listed with him, Wylie had strong winds that came through and did damage to our roof. Blake immediately helped us find a roofer, which took a lot of stress off of us. We really appreciated the professionalism that we received from Blake that we recommended him to our son. Blake was extremely sensitive to our needs and wishes. After viewing the present North Texas market with some dismay, we finally asked Blake to approach the owner of the home that we were renting to ask if he would consider selling it to us. Blake did just that and so effectively that the owner thought about it overnight, and agreed to sell it! To US! The rest of the process was relatively painless, although a fax modem would have been nice. I cannot say enough about Blake's kindness and expertise. He is so affable and easy to talk to. Mr. Blake as gone above and beyond to sell our home, and we've also purchased a brand new custom built home with Mr. Blake as our Realtor. It was a long journey, but Mr. Blake worked with us until the very end.Our house was a difficult one to sell, but Mr. Blake was able to sell our home in a timely manner, with a price that we could agree with. He took his time to explained all the details and procedures to us, that other Realtor in the past had missed. He was also very detailed oriented, but not overwhelming when it comes to helping us to stage the home, everything from listing of the home to the closing processed, we were well informed, nothing was missed. Everything was carefully thought out, and carried out with our understanding and acknowledgement.On buying a home process, Mr. Blake took us to the perfect neighborhood, it was quite, but still close to all the places that we need. We got our custom home built with a great floor plan! with a lot that backs up to a creek! during the building process, Mr. Blake was out at the property periodically to give us an update on the home, because we lived quite a way from the site and couldn't be out there as often. Overall, I can see that Mr. Blake loves what he does, and does a great job at it! He was consistent with us from beginning till end. I would highly recommend him to everyone, and would work with Mr. Blake in the future either be residential properties, or small commercial. Last but not least, he's got a great website with some beautiful listings, with the most current updates.

Our engagement with Blake Scroggins from TROPHY HOMES REALTY, who acted as our Buying Agent, stretched over a challenging 4 month period during which he showed us no less than 25 homes. Being immigrants from South Africa on the hunt to buy our first house in the US and limited in options due to having a wheelchair bound Special Needs child, we were virtually clueless in the beginning w.r.t. the house buying process, which areas to consider, ISDs, etc. etc. (boy, have we learned a lot since that first day!). And to complicate matters, we were fussy buyers who were also not entirely clear on their Needs, Wants & Preferences at the onset, plus we suffered somewhat from the aEURoechampagne taste with beer pocketsaEUR? syndrome as well (to be honest!). All of this is evident from the fact that we ended up retracting from two successful offers (through no fault of Blakes) before we finally settled on a 3rd one. And as insult to injury, the house that we ended up buying was in pre-foreclosure with the divorced Sellers having filed for bankruptcy protection (without disclosing this fact to anyone of us!). This resulted in a dragged-out, nail-biting, touch-and-go closing processaEUR| In the end, and through Blakes persistence and careful navigation, we got the house and are extremely happy with it! Plus it came with 8% equity on Day one - what a pleasant bonus in an aggressive Sellers market!Why bore you with all these details? To demonstrate that our engagement with Blake was certainly intimate over an extended period of time. We got to know him in a variety of situations that very few of his other clients would probably ever experience.Blake has excellent local knowledge since he knows the areas, schools, ISDs, house builders, etc. very well. He can also provide one with a pretty accurate assessment of a houses value since he does a lot of home valuations for Banks as well.What struck us most though, is that throughout the entire period it ALWAYS felt as if we were Blakes ONLY clients (even though we know he had, had others at the time as well). We enjoyed personalized attention with utmost integrity and professionalism from the day go: he would take our calls virtually any time of day, any day of week and always did his best to accommodate our viewing schedules. He answered all of our questions (and believe me, Engineers tend to be very analytical!), did a great job at educating us and remained patient with us despite all the challenges as mentioned above. And even now that the deal is concluded, he still remains in contact to ensure that were finding our feet okay! Absolute fantastic customer service!!Blake Scroggins comes with our highest recommendation! We would certainly make use of him again, should the opportunity arise.
