We recently sold our home in Frankston TX, and I can honestly say working with Blake was truly a pleasure. We had to sell my fathers home when we moved him from Texas to an assisted living facility in NJ and needed someone we could trust to take care of everything after we left. We truly appreciated the way Blake simplified the entire process as he explained each step along the way which put any concerns we may have had to rest. Of all the stresses from the move, selling the house was not one of them. Days after meeting him, Blake had installed a huge sign in the front yard, helped us stage the house, and began to bring multiple prospective buyers in what was a relatively short timeframe. After we moved, working with Blake from NJ was the best thing we could have done, he really did take care of everything through to the completion of the sale which because of his efforts, was less than a month from the day we left.

Blake is not a person who just searches for homes and gets you to see them, rather he goes above and beyond to get the best deal. Even after you like a home and make an offer, he still looks after you by finding ways to make the home cost less. Even though it would mean less for him, but his philosophy about getting you the best ildeal is his ultimate strength. And he is an expert in the business. Also, Blake has years of experience, which means he sees the faults in homes right away and points them out. Forgot to mention that he is really funny. Blake represented me and brother for short two weeks, and we were able to buy a home.

Blake was our Realtor when we sold our home over a year ago. His expertise and knowledge of the area was a plus. He sold our home within 30 days at a competitive price. It was a smooth closing. He was there for us throughout the entire process. In fact, right after we listed with him, Wylie had strong winds that came through and did damage to our roof. Blake immediately helped us find a roofer, which took a lot of stress off of us. We really appreciated the professionalism that we received from Blake that we recommended him to our son.
