Owen was recommended to us by a friend, to help us sell our home. We live out of state and had not seen the property in two years as it was being managed by a property manager, had renters in it, and it was during Covid-19. Owen reached out to me after I initially text him and he provided me a possible timeline, put me on several mailing lists so I would know what activity would look like in my area. Additionally, he worked with my property manager AND the renters to plan for showings taking photos etc. Throughout the entire process he communicated with me daily, provided me updated to do lists, or next steps in the process and the whole process was done in a month. The house was posted for 24 hours and there were two bids and he helped explain everything to us. He was made the process so clear and I truly appreciate everything he did to help us to with this process as we were unable to return to the state and be in person for any part of this process.
