I can honestly say there was no stress, very little preparation involved, and Blake really catered to answering all of our questions. He walked through our home and gave us an honest assessment of what we could do to improve the condition and set it up for showings. Our list was short and easily taken care of. Blake took care of everything, from organizing the photographer to setting up an online system for setting up viewings. Blake made us instantly confident that our house would not only sell, but would sell quickly. He wasn't wrong. It sold in the first day, with only four showings- for OVER asking price.
