After reading many reviews we decided to contact Blake based on the results of our investigation and the fact that he had a very solid track record and hd helped others who were in a similar situation. To compound the task we were faced with a pandemic that eliminated many of the resources that would normally be available, Open Houses, Broker reviews etc. Even though we were 'locked down' Blake managed to get a number of prospective buyers into the home to see it. Eventually we were able to find a buyer and successfully close the deal. Blake was there throughout the process and made himself available whenever we needed him. I would recommend his services and the resources he has to anyone wishing to sell or buy a home in Dutchess Country.
