Blake was an extremely valuable resource in my home buying journey. He's knowledgeable, personable, and VERY good at what he does. I think he's the best realtor around!

My wife and I were first-time buyers who had just moved to the Bloomington-Normal area. I have several realtors in my immediate family, so I do know good from bad, and I'm pretty picky.Blake was fantastic. His knowledge of the area, housing stock, home values, process aEUR" everything an agent should know aEUR" was top notch. Even with a new baby at home, he was on-the-spot (we tried not to pull him away too much!). He always showed up early and was usually already in the house poking around and getting the lay of the land when we arrived, which was really useful. He knows what to look for as far as warning signs and major house systems. He comes ready with lots of information. He's great at talking through pros and cons. We looked at a lot of 100+ year-old houses and he helped us get a realistic idea of what it would take to remodel update. When we found the house we would ultimately buy, it was on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't even technically on the market yet (just a "coming soon" sign out front). Blake got us a showing at 5pm that same evening, and we put in an offer that night aEUR" and it was accepted that night. It was Blake who got it done. After our offer was accepted, Blake's real work started. He went back and forth with us many times over the phone, texting, and by email. He helped us get contractors into the house to get estimates on work. We always felt we were in good hands.Blake is a great guy with a lot of knowledge and experience, a great communicator, and just overall incredibly nice and easygoing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Bloomington-Normal area. Thanks, Blake!

Blake made our first home buying experience so easy! He met with my husband and I initially just got explain the overall process, since this was our first time buying a home. He was so friendly and passionate about getting us the best home possible. Once we started looking, he was available to us 24/7 and was able to get walkthroughs set up so quickly! He was determined to get us the best house and thats exactly what he did. He wasted no time in walking us through and filling out the paperwork and before we knew it, we were in our home! He is so knowledgeable about anything and everything you could need when buying a home and even after. We will definitely be reaching out to him with any questions we have. This experience was painless! We recommend Blake 100%.

Blake is an outstanding realtor. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Long story short, my husband and I were victims in a wiring fraud. That money was supposed to be used for our down payment for our first home. My husband and I were so shaken up, couldnt think straight, so many tears. Blake took it upon himself to make all the necessary phone calls to make sure we got our money back some how some way. It seemed like We werent getting any help besides Blake. We miraculously were returned all our money back into our account that same day and I dont think we could have done it without Blake. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We loved working with Blake - he made the whole process very easy and explained everything to us in an easy to understand way. He was always quick to respond to questions and gave us great advice throughout, especially when negotiating offers on our house. Was also really impressed with the walkthrough he did on the house we bought before putting in an offer. He gave it a thorough overview to help us identify items we may want to negotiate for in the offer.Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend!

My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were referred to Blake and we regret nothing. He was incredible to work with. The main thing that stuck out to us was that Blake was really in our corner to make sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire home buying process. Hands down we would recommend Blake to anyone buying a house.
