ZillowVERIFIED Blake helped my wife and I find a home in Brooklyn Center in 2015. We looked at many homes before we found the home we wanted. He was very patient and concerned with our needs and wants in a home. he worked hard to get our offer in quickly and updated us with every offer after to get us the final offer and getting us into our home. He lined us up with a great inspector to find out any issues with the house. After the issues were pointed out he lined up estimates of having issues addressed and gave us an educated position to negotiate our counter offers after inspection. Blake is professional, kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a pleasure and will look his direction for future reality endevers in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold one house in Big Lake MN and one in Brooklyn Park MN and bought a home in Brooklyn Park MN. Blake gave us good advice on what to do to the houses we were selling, one had a lot of unfinished projects and he had a good idea of what to finish to maximize our selling price. He patiently waited to list when we were ready. When that time came both sales and the purchase happened in two months and Blake was on top of it every step of the way even though it was an extremely busy time for all Realator. Some unique issues cropped up during the deals and Blake handled them very well. Blake works very hard, communicates well, and listens to your needs.
