2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
LOCATION is everything when it comes to the value and desirability of your home! Also, try your best to take the emotion out of the process. Remember that this is a business transaction and that each party is looking out for their best interest. Last, but not least, the real estate market does not lie. When listing your home, take into account what other comparable properties have sold for within the last 180 days.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
All types! It does not matter if you are spending $150,000.00 or $10,000,000.00, your transaction is treated as if I am spending my own money.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
This is a tough question. I chose this line of work because I love meeting people and guiding them through such an important life event. I can honestly say that each client holds a special place in my heart!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
From 2003 - 2015 I was heavily involved in the automotive industry. Throughout those years I excelled quickly and became managing partner of Fort Myers Infiniti in Fort Myers, FL. My whole world turned upside down when my two boys were born in 2013 & 2014. I quickly realized that my priorities had shifted, so I took two years off work to enjoy the golden years. This was the best two years of my life! When choosing my next career, I wanted to have the flexibility to continue enjoying my family. Real Estate seemed to be the best fit and I have not second guessed my decision once!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
During my tenure with Fort Myers Infiniti, I was one of six dealers chosen to sit on the subcommittee for marketing and advertising on behalf of Infiniti of North America. I have streamlined these digital marketing skills into the real estate industry. This gives myself and clients a competitive edge whether they are looking to buy or sell.

Blair White did an outstanding job helping me buy a home in Naples, FL. He knows the local market extremely well and communicated clearly and consistently with both me and the sellers agent throughout the entire process. Once the contract was signed, he recommended an excellent legal firm.
