ZillowVERIFIED We sold our home through Blair 3 days after putting it on the market. Our initial contact with him was a random contact from him letting us know he had sold other houses in our neighborhood and was available to provide a market analysis on our home if we wanted. At the time, maybe a year or more before we actually sold, we were not ready to start the process. However Blair kept up with us on a regular basis and when we were ready he came by our house on a convenient evening to talk about market conditions and what made sense to list our home at. Also, he was very adamant on making your house showroom ready and so we got a small 5x10 conditioned storage room to hold a small amount of furniture and pictures that might make our house seem more cluttered or full. Also his photographer did a great job capturing our home for the market pictures. His team kept up with us and we usually got a response within the day, although texting seemed more reliable than calling his team. No complaints about Blair and recommend him and his staff.

When the buyers backed out of the purchase, Blair relisted it immediately & secured a contract again in less than a week. He reassured & advised us throughout the entire process. I wish we had used The Taylor Team years ago when we sold our previous home, we feel like it would have been a much smoother process. If we ever decide to sell our current home, we will definitely call them again.

Once Blair went to college we lost touch. But when we were looking to purchase a home in Fayetteville for Macy and Weston, I called Blair who is a real estate agent. Macy was in Fayetteville and being the protective momma that I am, I did not want her going to empty houses with some unknown real estate agent. Blair was like a big brother to Macy and together they found a house that was perfect. Macy ended up living there 2 years and Weston 5 years and then Blair listed the house and it sold the very next day. Blair has continued to mail Hugh and I letters and I want to share one with you. His letter is the reason that I intentionally watched each and every one of you this week. One of the contracts had a rather complicated set of repair requests that had to be overseen, and Blair exceeded my expectations in seeing the process through. I would recommend him whether you're a first time home buyer, purchasing a second or 3rd home, or if you're a seasoned investor. As an added note, Blair owns investment property himself, and I would never purchase investment property through an agent that doesn't know the process first hand.
