In my first phone call with her I explained my dilemma with my previous realtor who lost me the house I wanted due to her lack of knowledge, the fact that she was always late... etc. Blair was understanding on the call and tolerated me droning on about my house hunting blues. She was great. Literally within a day I was looking at three houses with her - a total change from the last realtor. By the end of the first month we had looked at a bunch of houses. Blair was knowledgeable on the areas I wanted to look in, and the way VA loans worked which was a total plus! Top that off with a personality, and an honest straight forward way about her, intelligence plus spark, and you have yourself someone you want to work with. This is the first time I have bought a home in over 30 years, and the first time buying one on my own. Blair made the process painless. She was responsive to my endless texts and questions. She was quick to set times to look at houses when I saw one I wanted to look at - and when I walked into the ONE - she was quick to jump on it and work with me on putting in the offer. She walked me through the process like walking a toddler through a mud puddle ridden street in a white dress. I came out clean on the other side of the street. Last year, Hunter approached me and asked if I needed any assistance in finding a home; I was deployed in the Middle East at the time, and I told him when I returned home in 2020 that I would need help. I'm horrible at asking for help, and I had no experience in the homebuying process. I asked Hunter for aid in January, and during our first meeting he explained the entire process so that I could understand it.
