We chose Brenda and Blair due to their knowledge of our neighborhood, (Spring Lake), and the Tupelo, MS region in general. Over the years of living in Spring Lake, I/we took note of the real estate movement in our our vicinity, and Brenda and Team were tied to several. So when it came time for the Wilson's to relocate due to work, selecting Brenda and Team to represent us was a no-brainer. Despite an aggressive time line to get everything done to show the house, a rapidly declining housing market, and then an ever-changing closing schedule, Brenda/Blair and Team did a remarkable job in helping to keep us on track/schedule and were very patient and reassuring through all of the twists and turns. In my book, they always went the extra mile for us, Lastly, our Sale was unique in that I was already relocated in IN working, while my Wife was still in Mississippi. Despite that gap. logistically Blair kept us on tract with electronic signatures for a quick turn-around on all documents.
