While my home in an age-restricted community was large (at 5,000 square feet) compared to the neighborhood, he marketed it in a way that reached the right audience. Blaine invested significantly, both in time and money, to get the job done. He paid to have my house featured on the cover of the White Mountain area's monthly real estate book, and he did target marketing to affluent seniors. The photographer Blaine uses is among the top real estate specialists. Additionally, Blaine shot and edited an amazing video walkthrough of the house. These photos and the video highlighted the homes features and advantages described in the writeup Blaine provided in the Zillow listing. This excellent description ultimately attracted the buyers and their realtor, as it demonstrated the home met all their needs and desires. For these reasons and because I developed great trust in him, I have already referred Blaine to others, including my sister and a neighbor, and he performed well for them as well. I highly recommend Blaine Wiggins to anyone looking to sell (and/or buy) a home in the markets in which he focuses.

After looking at 2 homes of our choosing and a little conversation he knew exactly what we were looking for. Not only did he match us with our perfect home in Lakeside, he enabled us to make an offer before the home even hit the market. This all happened at the end of June and we closed quickly and smoothly on August 12. He even went out of his way to obtain estimates for some work that needed to be done so that we could educate ourselves for negotiation and had an idea of what type of repairs we might be looking at.
