ZillowVERIFIEDBlaine is the man! I am an out of state seller. He assisted in getting the house ready for sale. We had an offer within 3 days of listing. I highly recommend him for anything in the Lawton, Decatur area.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding! We couldnt ask for a better Realitor. Blaine was incredibly knowledgeable and so much fun. While touring different homes he would spot minor/major details and gives us an honest opinion on the quality. Ive given his business card to my sister, mother, brother, uncle, and neighbor. I would recommend Blaine to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were a bit unsure of what to expect throughout the home buying process as it was our first time, but we are so happy we chose to work with Blaine because he made the entire experience so easy and pain-free. Blaine is knowledgeable, responsive (thank you for putting up with our 8pm texts! ;)), and helpful with his recommendations and expertise, quickly pointing out any issues (or potential issues) in the home and offering us trusted contacts to help us fix them. We can't imagine having worked with anyone else as we know we wouldn't have gotten near the same experience, quality or care. We'll be recommending Blaine to anyone looking to buy a home for years to come. Thank you, Blaine!

ZillowVERIFIED Looking for houses is hard work and can be frustrating, but Blaine navigated the uncharted waters for us with ease to find us our first home. We met Blaine randomly through a tour. We didnt have a realtor at the time. Blaines lighted hearted nature, detailed knowledge of the surrounding area, and the fact he know a lot about houses were built gave us confidence that he was the right person for us. We looked at over 25+ houses. Through that process Blaine never wavered in his enthusiasm. Further he was honest. He talked us out of a few houses that he didnt think were right for us. I was blown away by this, as obliviously he gets paid when we buy a home. Once we did find a home and put in an offer he was able to negotiate with the seller to not counter. Since the appraisal was higher than what we paid we walked into our new hone with equity. Blaine is a top notch realtor and my wife and I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Blaine was fantastic!! We used Blaine to sell and buy our homes. He knew when to push for us but didnt overdo it to frustrate the seller/buyer. We had a few bumps in the road with our buyer (which was 100% on their end) and Blaine was with us every step of the way making sure things went smoothly. Sold our house quick and for over asking too, he knew the little things to make buyers flock to our listing. Would recommend him to anyone he did a fantastic job!

ZillowVERIFIED During our interaction, Blaine treated my family and myself with the utmost respect, which is very important me while working on something as crucial as property selling/buying. He is a very professional individual who worked hard and kept us in the loop while we were awaiting details pertaining to house deals. It is refreshing to find someone in this business who isnt just looking for a paycheck, but rather actually cares about doin the right thing for his clients. I wouldnt choose anyone else to handle any of my future real estate decisions.

ZillowVERIFIED Blaine helped my husband and I find our first home in 2015. The market was super hot in our price range and anytime something halfway decent popped up, Blaine was on it. He took us through a lot of houses and dealt with my frustrations well. He was patient and dedicated to the process and helped us get the BEST house in our price range. Thanks again Blaine. 3 years later and we are still loving our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Blaine helped me find out first home and I could not have been more pleased. His work ethic and expertise are top notch and I don't think we could have made it through as smoothly without him- or even with the right house. He listened to me and found the perfect house in the perfect location for my family. I would recommend him 10x over and truly hope he is still in the area when we decide to upgrade. He was so attentive and such an active participant in the whole process. Thank you, Blaine. Can't wait to work with you again!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend Blaine the three months expired in our house went off the market and he never called to to ask us if we wanted to renew we only found out by someone on the lake stopping at our door asking if our house was still for sale that they wanted to look at it but it was off the market

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home buyers, we were pretty lucky to have Blaine as our realtor. He knew the answers to all our questions (we had a lot of questions). He is very honest and won't try to pressure you into a house you don't really want. Over all, a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We called upon Blaine to be our buyers agent for a purchase of a lake front home. We ended up with sellers who were a bit challenging to deal with through the entire process. Blaine was there through the whole thing, comp homework, difficult negotiations, multiple counter offers and finally the deal came together. We even had challenges to work through after closing with sellers continuing to want to do things on their own schedule with little regard for agreements, again Blaine helped us navigate through it all. If your looking for someone to represent you, someone who will be there for "you" and your family, we highly recommend Blaine! He came through for us.....happy new lakefront homeowners!

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional knowledgeable about the area and current value of homes, came up with an aggressive marketing campaign to get my house on the market and noticed, had a offer the first month and he negotiated a great selling price. Promptly returened calls and always made me feel confident I what we were doing. Mr. Allen will be the only realtor I buy/sell with in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying our families first home was a great experience with Mr. Allen. He was thorough about each step and had no problem showing us a variety of houses! Was always quick to respond to emails, calls, and even text messages. After our closing he even checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our new home! All around wonderful person to work with and do business with. We will definitely be referring him to all of our friends and using his expertise in any future purchases.
