We engaged him very early in the process and he provided us invaluable tips to insure our home was ready to list and maximize the market value. He did this through the following techniques. First, he was a good listener, he really wanted to understand why we wanted to sell our home and got to know our family and home history. Second, he developed a strong marketing campaign. He had excellent ideas on how to bring the value out, including staging ideas, marketing brochures, video tips, ideas on fixing up the property, all great suggestions to insure that home was ready to list. Third, he had a great plan on when to put the home on the market to insure we had good timing. Finally, his negotiation skills were excellent, although the market ultimately determined the final price of the home, he ensured our expectations were aligned with reality and strove to achieve a good value on our selling price to insure we were satisfied. Not only was he responsive, but his entire team was behind his every move to insure we were well supported with every action required to sell our home. Ive dealt with multiple real estate firms and agents over the years, but I have to say that this experience was by far my best ever. They took it to the next level and exceeded our expectations for the whole process from start to finish. Excellent job !!
