One of my favorite things I loved about working with Bisendra is that he made buying a house a learning experience. He took the time to explain everything to me. When I made my first offer on a house, he sat down with me and explained every single document I needed to sign so it was clear no matter how long it took! He is very thorough, I never once felt rushed and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt pressured into buying a home which is something I half expected a realtor to do. In fact, he would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which I did and now I am in my new home and couldn't be happier!I always felt like he gave me honest advice and that I could trust him. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Mr. Melaram was most rewarding. Prior to meeting Mr. Melaram I had been looking for a house for over a year with no success. This was my first time as a home buyer and was not very well educated with the entire procedure. Mr. Melaram took the time to explain to me point by point how this type of business works. What was expected of me and what I should expect from him as well. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and the areas where I was most interested in. Within one week of meeting Mr. Melaram two offers were put on two beautiful homes and even though those two offers fell through it was a great experience. It made Mr. Melaram even more ambitious in finding me that perfect house. He spent hours of his time emailing me new listings on a daily basis. He worked with my schedule and accommodated me to the best of his ability. Spent evenings and weekends showing me different homes. Answered every and any question that I asked. Explained every form that I needed to fill out and made sure that I was comfortable in every decision that I made. Never too forward always respectable and diligent. After months of long hours and hard work he came across a house that he knew would be perfect for me. I remember the day as if it were yesterday. He called me right away and told me this was the house. Took me to see the house that very evening, The offer was in the next day. He worked very diligently in making sure that my offer and paperwork was processed in a timely manner. He kept me updated on every factor and explained to me what was going on. Even though my offer was excepted getting to the final day was not easy Mr. Melaram stuck with me explained everything to me and showed me the process till the very end.
