Rent prices were so high that buying was the only option. With our price point, expectations weren't great. Additionally, we were living too far away to actually view houses before they went under contract, usually in about five days. Birche came highly recommended through the military channels. We decided that once we come to end of this lease, it was going to be time to sell and take advantage of the market. My Wife pays attention to homes for sale more than I do and understood that pictures go a long way to selling the home. She followed Meese Property Group for a while and knew they always had the best pictures. I wanted an easy seamless process. Birche and his team delivered both to us. The pictures of the home were amazing and the process took almost no effort on my end. Within 48 hours on the market, the home was in a bidding war and went under contract for 15k over asking. It took almost a year to sell our Maryland home ( bc of horrible realtors and than covid) and purchase our home in whispering pines NC. Communication was key, either phone, text, or e-mail, all of which Birche handled extremely well. Shortly after we put our sign in the yard, we received a phone call from Birche. He was just giving us a courtesy call to let us know that our aEURoefree advertisingaEUR? was coming to an end. You see, we were relying on a house for sale at the end of the street to bring us some foot traffic. Birche advised us that he had just sold that house and that the traffic would soon stop. Even with us being out of the country and a hurricane coming during the week of our house closing, they handled everything smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED Best realtors everaEUR"-> Meese Property Group! Seriously, amazing, honest, quality people! We sat down with 4 different realtors and spoke with 2 other ones. Some of them were complete garbage- in it to sell fast at an unreasonably low price just so they could get their commission and peace out. Two of the realtors we loved and priced our house about the same. The difference was the commission rates and closing costs. We decided to go with Meese because their rates were fair and their closing costs were less. Most importantly, they were honest and exceptional with communication. We put in the hard work of getting our house ready ahead of time and they put in the hard work of situating all the paperwork, showings, inspections, etc with no worries. And...you know what!? We went under contract in 5 days with our asking price and more than one offer! You cant beat that! Now, if you need to buy or sell, talk with the Meese Property Group! ???
